Need another size?

Request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. We arrange reverse pickup without a pickup charge, usually within 3 days. After the item returns and passes inspection, we send the replacement. 1 exchange is available per order; any price difference is payable.

Something arrived wrong or damaged?

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the problem. A wrong or damaged print, cut or stain qualifies for a replacement after review. Colours may look slightly different across screens.

Returns & refunds

Orders are prepared for you. Once processing starts, we cannot accept returns or issue a change-of-mind refund.

Changed your mind before production?

Send your cancellation request within 3 hours of placing the order. After that, production may already be underway and cancellation is unavailable.

Refused delivery

For an eligible refused prepaid order, the refund is reduced by ₹150 for outward and return shipping. An unpaid Cash on Delivery order is cancelled without a charge or refund.
