Delivery, made clear

Prepaid orders ship free. Cash on Delivery orders carry a ₹70 charge, shown before you place your order.

When to expect your order

Dispatch usually takes 2–3 working days. Most orders within India arrive in 5–8 working days. Deliveries to parts of Jammu & Kashmir and the Northeast can take up to 10 working days. Occasionally, availability, holidays or weather can extend delivery to 14 days.

After dispatch, use the tracking details shared with your order. Delivery partners depend on your PIN code.

Marked delivered, but missing?

Tell us within 48 hours of the delivery notification. Please first check with your household, reception or neighbours. Investigation can take 10 working days; a confirmed missing delivery qualifies for a full refund.
